The hotel had rooms with a strong perfume smell and warmth upon arrival, lacking cleanliness with a hint of something rotting. The service was amazing, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient for parking but too hot and stuffy. The dining options were limited to omelets and waffles, just okay to start the day. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers a great price point for services provided.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was comfortable and conveniently located for visiting relatives in Robson, near Castlegar. While some aspects were disappointing, like the unavailable room due to window replacements, the spacious room with amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot made up for it.
